Er. Edwin T.F. Khew PBM, has over 40 years of experience founding and managing environmental companies (water & waste water and waste to energy) operating in the Asia Pacific region. He is currently the Chairman of the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS) and a Supervisory Board Member of Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS). Er. Khew represents SEAS on the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Energy for All Partnership’s (E4ALL) Steering Committee as its Co-Chair and Chairman of its Enterprise Development Working Group. He is also the Immediate past Chairman of the Singapore Standards Council, an Immediate Past President of The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES), a past President of the Singapore Manufacturers’ Federation (SMF), a former board member of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), and a former Nominated Member of Parliament (NMP). He holds an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Queensland (UQ), Australia, is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers, Singapore, Fellow of the Academy of Engineering, Singapore, Fellow and Chartered Engineer of the Institute of Chemical Engineers (UK), and a professional engineer and board member of the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore. Er. Khew was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) by the President of Singapore during Singapore’s National Day in 2014 and a UQ International Alumnus of the Year 2011.
