– Prof Managi Shunsuke, Chair of NCCC
Prof Managi Shunsuke is a Distinguished Professor at Kyushu University, Japan, specialising in urbanisation, transportation, energy, climate change, and sustainability. With extensive expertise, he has led numerous research projects, received prestigious fellowships, and served as an expert on policy and technology assessment.
馬奈木俊介 教授 （九州大学主幹教授、NCCC理事長）
専門は都市化、交通、エネルギー、気候変動、持続可能性。数多くの研究プロジェクトを主導し、著名なフェローシップを受賞。政策や技術評価の専門家として活躍している。
– Hum Wei Mei, Head of APAC & Global Head of Carbon and Environmental Products of ACX
Hum Wei Mei is responsible for advancing ACX’s business interests in the Asia Pacific Region, product structuring and development. She represents ACX on several industry led Task Forces and Committees. Prior to her appointment at ACX, Wei Mei spent over 6 years working on Climate Change related matters within the Prime Minister’s Office, Singapore.

Louis Booth is the Commercial Lead for Asia Pacific at Sylvera, a leading carbon data provider. As part of his role at Sylvera, Louis supports private and public sector stakeholders to obtain accurate data to make better decisions for their decarbonisation strategies.

– Gina Woolley, Business Development Manager of BCP
Gina Woolley serves as BCP’s Business Development Manager, where she research, network and engage meaningful collaborations with partners to layer community and conservation impacts on to BCP’s REDD+ projects. Her role investigates new project potential as well as potential initiatives, audits and memberships that will support bolstering project integrity. A third element of her role is to provide REDD+ technical support for all project due diligences/ queries on the REDD+ model and Carbon Markets.

In April 2023, ACX and the Natural Capital Credit Consortium (NCCC) embarked on a strategic partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This pivotal alliance aims at addressing climate change challenges and fostering a sustainable society across Japan and Asia. Leveraging ACX Group’s innovative carbon trading technology coupled with NCCC’s proficiency in natural capital credit services, our collaboration not only supports Japan’s climate change efforts but also plays a crucial role in raising awareness about climate change among businesses and the public.
